We carry the approved reference material for the Indiana Business & Law Exam.

The exam tests a candidate's knowledge of payroll taxes, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment Compensation, Lien Laws and other laws or subjects that will affect their daily operations as contractors.

The exam is Open-Book, 50 questions with a 2-hour time limit. 70% is required to pass. The Business Law exam is required for most classifications. We currently do not offer a preparation for the Indiana Business Law Exam.

The only construction contractors licensed by the State of Indiana are plumbers.
